1. Acceptance

By accessing Siyam Holidays websites, portals, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you book on behalf of a client, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Services

We provide B2B and B2C travel services including flights, hotels, packages, visas, transfers, Hajj & Umrah, and consultancy. Availability and prices depend on suppliers and may change until ticketed or confirmed.

3. Bookings & payments

  • All bookings are subject to supplier rules, fare conditions, and document requirements.
  • Prices quoted are valid at time of search unless stated otherwise.
  • Full or partial payment may be required before issuance; unpaid holds may expire.
  • You are responsible for accurate passenger names, dates, and travel documents.

4. Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change fees follow airline, hotel, and tour operator policies plus any agency service fees. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded once ticketed.

5. Agent accounts

Registered agents must keep login credentials secure, comply with credit limits, and issue vouchers/invoices according to our B2B policies. Misuse may result in account suspension.

6. Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and suppliers. We are not liable for supplier delays, schedule changes, force majeure, or losses beyond our direct control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected booking where permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
