Voucher Issuance Time

Vouchers will be sent via email within 15 minutes after your payment is confirmed.

Redemption Details

• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher.
• Voucher ID must be displayed upon admission.
• The lead visitor must present a valid government-issued identity card in order to redeem the voucher if the booking was made under one name.
• Valid government-issued identity card is required for authentication purposes.
• The voucher is only valid on the date and time specified.

This booking is non-refundable. The full cancellation policy applies once your booking is confirmed.
